Residing in the beautiful Omega Building in Bonita Bay, this homeowner was experiencing excessive heat within their condominium. With a need to efficiently cool their luxury suite, our team was contacted.

The Solution

With a need to efficiently cool the large open residence while preserving the beautiful views of Bonita Bay, our team recommended and installed a combination of solar 3M Prestige & DuPont Ceramic 40 film on just under 1,000 sq/ft of glass.

Film Specs/3M Prestige 70:   97% Infrared heat rejection, 50% total heat rejection, 99% UV rejection, 22% glare reduction. Lifetime warranty.

The Result

Within a two day span, our team was able to reduce the glare coming into the residence, while significantly cooling the interior space utilizing premium window films. We expertly installed 3M Prestige 70 on the slider doors that overlooked the Gulf Of Mexico, which effectively decreased a significant amount of heat while preserving their priceless views. 

The bedrooms and office areas were equipped with DuPont Ceramic 40 film, creating a cooler ambient temperature and significantly reducing glare from the hot Florida sun!
